About Four Seasons Yachts
The first ship, Four Seasons I, was built by Fincantieri in Ancona, delivered in February 2026 and began sailing in the Mediterranean on March 20, 2026. She is 679 feet long with 95 suites, many of which can be joined into larger apartments. A second ship, Four Seasons II, with 79 suites including multi-bedroom Yacht Residential Suites, was announced in June 2026 for a 2028 debut, and trade reports expect a third by 2030.
Four Seasons presents the product as yachting rather than cruising: a staff of nearly one per guest, several dining concepts, late stays and overnights in port, and a seasonal pattern of Mediterranean summers and Caribbean and Bahamas winters.
What Four Seasons Yachts is known for
Having begun sailing only in March 2026, Four Seasons Yachts has little track record yet. Its selling points are the Four Seasons name, unusually large suites that can be combined in many ways, including a Funnel Suite spread over four decks, and staffing close to one per guest. It enters a crowded corner of the market: hotel brands including Ritz-Carlton, Orient Express and Aman are also building small luxury ships, and The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has reported heavy losses linked to low occupancy. Published details are still settling, with the line and trade reports giving different figures for her tonnage and guest capacity.
Who it's for
Luxury · small ships, a high crew-to-guest ratio, most extras included
- Couples
- Food lovers
Four Seasons Yachts is aimed at affluent travelers who already favor Four Seasons hotels and want a residential-style suite and highly personal service on Mediterranean and Caribbean itineraries. Families or friends traveling together may value the ability to connect suites into larger spaces. Travelers looking for value, a wide range of onboard entertainment, or a line with an established record should wait or look elsewhere for now.
Cruising solo on Four Seasons Yachts
Four Seasons Yachts has no solo cabins or solo pricing: suites are sold per suite, so one guest pays what two would. The 95-suite Four Seasons I is small, calm and very well staffed, which suits a solo guest who values privacy over a social scene and is comfortable with the cost.
- Single supplement
- Fares are quoted per suite, per voyage, not per person, so there is no single supplement as such: a solo guest pays the full suite fare that a couple would pay. No published solo discounts.
- Meeting other solo guests
- No solo program is published. Eleven restaurants and lounges, including the Terrasse Mediterranean restaurant and the Miuna omakase counter, a 20-meter pool and the stern marina on Marina Days are the social spaces, with a staff ratio of nearly one to one.
