The Grand Hamptons Villa is a two-story residence for up to eight guests. Booking is open now for the ship's Port Canaveral debut in November 2027.\n\nMSC says the villa has more than 2,475 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, or more than 230 square meters. There will be only one of them on the ship.\n\nThe concept targets large and multigenerational families, or two families traveling together. Guests also get the full MSC Yacht Club package, including 24-hour butler and concierge service and access to Yacht Club areas.\n\n## What is inside\n\nThe living room is a double-height space with ocean views, a dining area, a kitchenette and a private bar. A library offers a quieter corner. A climbing tower leads to a play area with a secret door that MSC says will reveal new surprises each day.\n\nUpstairs, the Entertainment Loft has a private cinema, a digital gaming table and a LEGO wall. Outside, a large terrace has a whirlpool, lounge seating and deck games.\n\nSleeping space is split for privacy. The primary suite has a walk-in closet, vanity and its own ocean-view balcony with an outdoor shower. A dedicated kids' suite has custom bunk beds, a TV for each bunk and a private bathroom. There is also a double cabin and a separate twin bedroom.\n\n## The Yacht Club extras\n\nBeyond the villa itself, guests get Yacht Club access and 24-hour butler service. MSC also lists a dedicated cleaning team, the Premium Extra Drinks package, a Fun Pass, unlimited specialty dining and Wi-Fi.\n\nMSC designed the villa with Storyland Studios. CEO Gianni Onorato said the company wanted \"accommodations that enable families to make the most of their time together while enjoying the space and flexibility they need.\"\n\n## Where it will sail\n\nMSC World Atlantic will sail alternating seven-night and 14-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries from Port Canaveral. Calls include Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, the line's private Bahamian island.\n\nThe villa is bookable with those sailings from the November 2027 launch. MSC has not published a starting price in the release, so groups will need a quote from MSC or a travel advisor before comparing it with other large suites.\n\n## How it compares\n\nTwo-story family villas are rare at sea. Royal Caribbean sells large suites on Icon-class ships, and Disney has high-end family suites, but a single residence with a private cinema, climbing tower and Yacht Club rights is a new MSC pitch.\n\nIf you are shopping for a big group cabin in Florida, compare this villa with Haven duplexes on Norwegian and the largest suites on Icon of the Seas and Disney Wish-class ships. Space, inclusions and kids' areas will decide the winner more than the headline square footage alone.\n\nAlso weigh the Yacht Club soft benefits. Private dining rooms, a quiet pool and priority boarding can matter as much as the climbing tower for parents who want adult time after the kids go to bed.\n\n## What to watch next\n\nMSC still needs to publish deck plans that show where the villa sits on World Atlantic, and clear photos of the finished space rather than renderings.
