About Celebrity Xploration
Celebrity Xploration is a former Celebrity Cruises cruise ship, which sailed 2017 to 2025. She carried 16 guests. She sailed Galápagos itineraries.
Celebrity Xploration was a 16-guest catamaran that Celebrity Cruises sailed in the Galápagos Islands from March 2017, after buying the tour operator Ocean Adventures and its two ships. Built in Guayaquil, Ecuador, in 2007, she had sailed as Athala II. In August 2017 Nathaly Albán became her captain, the first woman to command a cruise ship in the Galápagos. Celebrity sold her to Lindblad Expeditions along with Celebrity Xpedition, cancelling her 2025 sailings, and Lindblad now runs her as National Geographic Delfina.
