About Delfin III

Delfin III is an Avalon Waterways cruise ship, in service since 2015. She sails South America itineraries. We rate her 3.7 out of 5.

Delfin III is a small luxury riverboat on the Peruvian Amazon that Avalon Waterways charters rather than owns. Built in 2015, she has 22 suites and was the first cruise vessel in the Relais & Châteaux association. Guests have a sun deck with a plunge pool, a bar, spa treatments and Peruvian cooking, and naturalists lead excursions by small boat into tributaries and flooded forest. Avalon sells her as part of tours that also visit Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.
