About Emerald Radiance
Emerald Radiance is an Emerald Cruises cruise ship, in service since 2017. She carries 112 guests with a crew of 37. She sails Douro itineraries. We rate her 3.7 out of 5.
Emerald Radiance is Emerald's Douro River ship, an 89-metre Star-Ship built in 2017 with 56 cabins for 112 guests and a crew of 37. Unlike the Central Europe ships she has no indoor pool or cinema; instead she has an open-air Serenity Pool on the sun deck, outdoor dining on The Terrace, and a class of Riverview Suites with her own version of the drop-down balcony window. She sails Secrets of the Douro cruises from Porto, often sold with stays in Lisbon, Madrid or Barcelona. In June 2027 the new Emerald Nova is due to join her on the river.
