About Oceania Regatta

Oceania Regatta is a former Oceania Cruises cruise ship of the Regatta class, which sailed 1998 to 2026. She measured 30,277 gross tons and carried 670 guests with a crew of 386. She sailed Mediterranean itineraries.

Regatta sailed for Oceania Cruises from 2003 to 2026 and was one of the line's first ships. She was built in 1998 by Chantiers de l'Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire as R Two for Renaissance Cruises; after Renaissance collapsed in 2001 she was laid up, then chartered to the newly founded Oceania in 2002 as Insignia and renamed Regatta in June 2003. The 30,277-ton ship carried about 670 guests among art deco-style interiors. Her last Oceania cruise ran from Dubrovnik to Istanbul and ended on August 27, 2026; she was then chartered to the Australian tour operator My Cruises, which runs her on year-long world cruises under its Explorations by Norwegian brand.
