About Riviera Resplendence
Riviera Resplendence is a Riviera Travel cruise ship, in service since 2026. She carries 178 guests with a crew of 44. She sails Rhine, Danube itineraries. We rate her 4.0 out of 5.
Riviera Resplendence, completed in 2026, is the second of three 135-metre sister ships that began with Riviera Radiance, with the same 89 cabins for 178 guests and a crew of 44. Her Grand Suites on the Diamond Deck measure 32 square metres with separate living and sleeping areas and a full balcony, and the split-level lounge and main restaurant are complemented by two smaller speciality restaurants. Riviera says she is on track for the Gold Standard of the Green Award environmental program. Unlike her Danube-based sister she ranges widely, with Rhine, Moselle, Dutch waterways, Danube and Switzerland itineraries on her schedule.
