About Scarlet Lady

Scarlet Lady is a Virgin Voyages cruise ship, in service since 2021. She measures 108,192 gross tons and carries 2,770 guests with a crew of 1,160. She sails Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, Transatlantic itineraries. We rate her 4.3 out of 5.

Scarlet Lady is Virgin Voyages' first ship, an adults-only vessel of about 108,000 gross tons built by Fincantieri at Sestri Ponente and delivered in February 2020. The pandemic held back her debut: she carried her first paying guests on short sailings from Portsmouth, England, in August 2021 and began her Miami program that October. Like her three sisters she has no main dining room or traditional buffet, offering about 20 places to eat and drink instead, and most of her 1,408 cabins have balconies. A November 2024 dry dock added suites, cabanas and the Lucky Lotus evening menu at Razzle Dazzle. She sails four- and five-night Caribbean trips from Miami that call at the line's Beach Club at Bimini, and spends summer 2027 in the eastern Mediterranean from Athens.
