About A-ROSA Luna
A-ROSA Luna is an A-ROSA River Cruises cruise ship, in service since 2005. She carries 174 guests with a crew of 45. She sails Rhône itineraries. We rate her 3.5 out of 5.
A-ROSA Luna is a river cruise ship on the Rhône and Saône in southern France, carrying up to 174 guests in 86 outside cabins. Neptun Werft in Warnemünde built her and her sister A-ROSA Stella; both were christened in Rostock's city harbor on 7 April 2005 and, after the transfer to France, set off on their maiden voyages on 7 May 2005. She has a panorama lounge with a stage and dance floor, a restaurant and bar at the stern, and a sun deck with a heated pool, putting green and sports court, plus saunas and a gym. Sailing from Lyon, her cruises reach Mâcon on the Saône and Avignon, Arles and the Camargue to the south; in 2025 the pair marked 20 years on the Rhône.
