About A-ROSA Viva

A-ROSA Viva is an A-ROSA River Cruises cruise ship, in service since 2010. She carries 202 guests with a crew of 50. She sails Seine itineraries. We rate her 3.5 out of 5.

A-ROSA Viva is a 135-meter river cruise ship for up to 202 guests in 99 outside cabins, and the only A-ROSA ship on the Seine. Neptun Werft in Warnemünde delivered her in 2010 as the second of three Rhine sisters with A-ROSA Aqua and A-ROSA Brava, and she sailed the Rhine until A-ROSA moved her to the Seine in 2017. A 2023 plan to replace her there with A-ROSA Alea and return her to the Rhine did not go ahead for 2025, and she remains on the Seine in the line's 2026 and 2027 programs. Her cruises start at Le Pecq, which the line lists with Paris, and run to Vernon, Rouen and Caudebec-en-Caux in Normandy. Onboard are a spa with sauna and whirlpool, a wine bar, the Market restaurant and a sun deck with putting green and shuffleboard.
