What’s above your ceiling matters as much as the view. Compare the decks around your cabin, then use the location notes to build your shortlist.

Cabins to avoid & quieter candidates

  • Cello Deck under Violin Deck cabins

    Start with Cello Deck accommodation

Compare a room below accommodation and away from the restaurant lobby and lift. Check the smaller Piano Deck footprint before calling a room cabin-sandwiched.

    Why we flag this

The wide-ship plan shows long accommodation blocks on Cello and Violin Decks, with a much shorter Piano Deck cabin block and public spaces forward. Check the source plan.

  • Violin Deck under Sun Deck activity

Check Violin Deck beneath pool and sports areas

Locate the suite against the pool, whirlpool, walking circuit and pickleball court above. A large upper-deck suite does not automatically avoid activity overhead.

    Why we flag this

This ship's Sun Deck plan identifies a pool, whirlpool and pickleball court. These are layout reasons to investigate timing and overlap, not confirmed disturbance reports. Check the source plan.

  • Piano Deck cabins near the wine bar and Chef's Table

Check the Piano Deck venue adjacency

Ask about evening dining, public doors and service access before choosing a lower-deck cabin near these venues. Also compare Violin Deck cabin ends with the lounge and wellness spaces.

    Why we flag this

The map places a wine bar and Chef's Table forward of the Piano Deck accommodation. AmaRudi also shows The Studio beside the Piano Deck cabin block; its billiards, media and cinema uses warrant a separate check. Check the source plan.

Location-based guidance, not measured noise or a guarantee of quiet. Flags identify areas to investigate, not every cabin on a deck. Check the exact room, connecting doors, accessibility and the plan for your sailing date. Official ship-specific interactive deck artwork captured 21 October 2026. Download compiled by Cruise Frog; it is not a separate operator-issued PDF brochure. Named decks use bottom-to-top viewer levels: 4 = Sun Deck, 3 = Violin Deck, 2 = Cello Deck, 1 = Piano Deck. This catalog entry is upcoming; the operator-published plan is provisional and should be confirmed before booking.. Reviewed 2026-10-21.

For the “Published ship layout - reviewed October 2026” plan, start with these quieter-location candidates: Cello Deck under Violin Deck cabins: Compare a room below accommodation and away from the restaurant lobby and lift. Check the smaller Piano Deck footprint before calling a room cabin-sandwiched. Compare the exact cabin with the decks above and below, nearby lifts and connecting doors. These are layout-based suggestions, not a guarantee of quiet.

Which cabins should I avoid or check carefully on AmaRudi?

For the “Published ship layout - reviewed October 2026” plan, review these flagged locations before booking: Violin Deck under Sun Deck activity: Locate the suite against the pool, whirlpool, walking circuit and pickleball court above. A large upper-deck suite does not automatically avoid activity overhead. Piano Deck cabins near the wine bar and Chef's Table: Ask about evening dining, public doors and service access before choosing a lower-deck cabin near these venues. Read the sourced cabin advice for the evidence and any explicit operator warnings.

How can I check whether a cabin is under a pool, nightclub or theatre?

Find the cabin on the selected plan, then compare the same fore-and-aft position on the deck above and below. Check the full venue footprint, including outdoor seating, stages, service areas and entrances. Nearby activity can be a reason to investigate, but does not by itself prove a cabin is noisy. Use the cabin advice and its sources to distinguish layout cautions from operator warnings.
