About Aria Amazon

Aria Amazon is a Uniworld Boutique River Cruises cruise ship, in service since 2011. She carries 32 guests with a crew of 27. She sails South America itineraries. We rate her 4.0 out of 5.

Aria Amazon is an all-suite riverboat for 32 guests, 147 feet (45 m) long, built in 2011 and remodeled in 2019, which Uniworld charters from Aqua Expeditions for its Peru program. Its 16 suites have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the river and rainforest. The top observation deck has an indoor lounge and bar, an outdoor lounge and a hot tub, and the menus come from Peruvian chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino. Cruises leave from Nauta, near Iquitos, to explore the Marañón and Ucayali rivers of the Peruvian Amazon, within tours that start and end in Lima; one version adds Machu Picchu.
