About Costa Deliziosa

Costa Deliziosa is a Costa Cruises cruise ship of the Luminosa class, in service since 2010. She measures 92,720 gross tons and carries 2,260 guests with a crew of 934. She sails World cruises, Mediterranean itineraries. We rate her 3.2 out of 5.

Costa Deliziosa is a 92,700-ton ship for about 2,260 guests at double occupancy, built by Fincantieri on a hybrid of Carnival's Spirit and Vista designs and a sister of the former Costa Luminosa. Delivered in January 2010, it was christened in Dubai, the first cruise ship named in an Arabian city, with date juice in place of sparkling wine. It is Costa's world-cruise ship: most winters it makes a long voyage around the globe, and its 2026-27 trip leaves Civitavecchia in November for Central America, the South Pacific, Asia and southern Africa. In summer it sails Eastern Mediterranean cruises to Greece from the Marghera terminal in Venice. A 2024 refit reworked its pools and suites and added an Aperol Spritz bar and a Sunset bar.
