About Costa Pacifica
Costa Pacifica is a Costa Cruises cruise ship of the Concordia class, in service since 2009. She measures 114,500 gross tons and carries 3,780 guests with a crew of 1,100. She sails Mediterranean itineraries. We rate her 3.0 out of 5.
Costa Pacifica is a Concordia-class ship of about 114,500 tons, handed over by Fincantieri in May 2009 and christened in Genoa in a joint ceremony with Costa Luminosa that set a world record for ships named by one company on one day. It carries about 3,780 guests and has three pools, one under a sliding glass roof, and a two-deck Solemio spa. A 2023 refit added a teppanyaki restaurant, the Archipelago and Sushino restaurants, an Aperol Spritz bar and a Sunset bar, and reworked the pool decks and shopping gallery. The ship spends winter on Western Mediterranean loops that board in Savona, Marseille and Barcelona, and summer 2027 on Eastern Mediterranean cruises from Piraeus and Istanbul.

Deck 7 with accommodation immediately above and below
Compare central Deck 7 cabin overlap
Compare the exact cabin footprint with the accommodation decks above and below. Favor overlap with other cabins and check distance from lifts, stairs, service doors and connecting rooms.
Why we flag this
These ship-specific official diagrams show accommodation across these decks. Quieter is a conditional layout preference, not a verified noise measurement or a guarantee. Check the source plan.
Deck 8 below occupied Deck 9 areas
Check Deck 8 beneath public facilities
Match the exact cabin against pool, restaurant, outdoor seating and wellness footprints above. Ask about venue hours, furniture setup and service activity wherever a public area overlaps the room.
Why we flag this
The selected official plan places public facilities on the deck above portions of this accommodation deck. Only the overlapping areas warrant the caution; it is not evidence that every cabin is noisy. Check the source plan.
Deck 6 over occupied Deck 5 public spaces
Check Deck 6 above public venues
Compare the cabin with the theatre, lounges, dining and public circulation below. Confirm event hours for the exact overlapping venue before selecting a noise-sensitive room.
Why we flag this
The ship-specific lower-deck diagrams identify public spaces beneath portions of this accommodation deck. This is inferred adjacency risk, not a confirmed passenger disturbance report. Check the source plan.
