About S.S. Joie de Vivre

S.S. Joie de Vivre is a Uniworld Boutique River Cruises cruise ship, in service since 2017. She carries 128 guests with a crew of 59. She sails Seine itineraries. We rate her 4.0 out of 5.

S.S. Joie de Vivre is a 128-guest Super Ship, 410 feet (125 m) long, that entered service in 2017 to sail the Seine from Paris. Its interiors draw on Parisian design from the 1920s through the 1960s, mixing antiques, custom furniture and original art. Le Restaurant Pigalle is the main dining room, Salon Toulouse the main lounge and Le Bistrot a casual alternative at the bow, while La Cave des Vins is a small wine room; at the stern, Club L'Esprit sits beside a swimming pool. Some suites take a third guest and several staterooms connect. Most sailings are Paris round trips into Normandy, and the ship also carries longer France itineraries and cruise-and-rail trips that link Paris with Istanbul.
