About Scenic Eclipse II

Scenic Eclipse II is a Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours cruise ship, in service since 2023. She measures 17,545 gross tons and carries 228 guests. She sails Australia and New Zealand, South Pacific, Antarctica, Northern Europe, South America itineraries. We rate her 4.2 out of 5.

Scenic Eclipse II is the sister of Scenic Eclipse: a 228-guest, all-suite expedition yacht of 17,545 gross tons and about 168 metres, with 114 suites and a Polar Class 6 hull. She left the 3 Maj shipyard in Croatia in April 2023, made her inaugural sailing that month on the Iberian coast, and was christened in Málaga that June by former NASA astronaut Kathy Sullivan. Like her sister she carries helicopters and a submarine, here named Scenic Neptune II, and on warm-water voyages guests can use Seabob underwater scooters at no charge. Scenic has given her a largely southern-hemisphere program, with seasons along Australia's Kimberley coast, in the South Pacific and New Zealand and in East Antarctica, plus voyages in South America and northern Europe.
